About the Event

Transport for NSW is now looking to progress the design for the Medlow Bath section, and invite the community to share their knowledge, thoughts and suggestions. These sessions are not just for Medlow but they will focus on the Medlow upgrade design. Please register online for a session as well as to receive updates about plans for the GWH. More sessions will be announced if there is sufficient demand.

Transport for NSW is monitoring the COVID-19 situation and if possible will hold face-to-face consultation sessions. Venues will be confirmed closer to the date and provided to registered attendees.

Face to face sessions are planned for:

- Wednesday 22 July: 7-8pm - Thursday 23 July: 1-2pm - Thursday 23 July: 7-8 pm (Please note, this session is for residents in the near vicinity of Bellevue Crescent and Delmonte Ave) - Wednesday 29 July: 7-8pm - Thursday 30 July: 1-2pm - Thursday 30 July: 7-8 pm (Please note this session is for residents of Coachhouse Lane)

Online sessions are planned for

The creation of the Blackheath Highway Action Group (BAG) was originally an initiative taken by the Blackheath Area Neighbourhood Centre (BANC) and the Blackheath Chamber of Commerce.


In mid 2020 following the growth of membership in recent years and the emergence of new critical issues concerning the proposed duplication of the Great Western Highway through Blackheath, BAG separately incorporated to become an independent not for profit organisation. BAG retains and builds constructive relationships with many Blackheath, Blue Mountains and broader NSW organisations. Read more...
